|Recommended: YesExceptional Value — Secure property which offering ample square footage and closet space. Laundry facilities with building. Enjoy the easy access to 695 and 795. Management staff very accommodating the make your property the home you always wanted.

|Recommended: YesQuiet And Convenent — We have lived here for almost a year and are totally happy with our decision to move here. The staff are extremely friendly, the grounds are kept up well, and the location is prime. It is set back off the main road, so is fairly quiet but yet is very accessible to 795,695, many restaurants, as well as lots of shopping. The doors as well as the windows are very well insulated because you rarely hear any commotion coming from any other apartment or from the outside. There is ample parking available in the lot. And we love the fact that they are in the process of making each building secured. Laundry is available in each building so no need to run to the laundromat each week. We would recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesIt's A Nice Place To Live — It's a nice community to live in, especially if you have kids. The walls although the walls are paper thin.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Be — I don't think I could've made a better choice for my first apartment, maintenance is quick and responsive, neighbors are friendly, grounds are well kept and the location is everything. Rental office staff is tentative and timely when getting issues voiced as well as very friendly. The location is perfect, far enough to be secluded but close enough to where all the main attractions are five mins away. I've already recommended this AG to two friends

|Recommended: YesEnchanting — This is my first place alone and I don't think I could have selected better. I love my apartment and community. My neighbors are friendly as well as the rental office staff and maintenance is very responsive.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Nice Neighborhood — Allyson Gardens is a nice neighborhood, in a great location. Shopping and Metro, and schools are in walking distance. Any issues that I have had, the leasing office staff have been on it in a timely manner. The only thing that I would recommend is that they update the cabinets and the bathrooms in the older apartment homes.
|Recommended: YesGood Community And Excellent Customer Service. — The community is a good place and decent environment. The apartment workers are friendly and always already to work with you and help you make sure you get a place you want.
|Recommended: YesAffordable Apartments, Diverse Community — My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 3 months so far. Overall it's been a good experience. We found the office staff to be professional. Jerri was our main contact. Important maintenance concerns have been handled in a timely fashion. I did have two requests in for smaller issues that have gone unresolved for a couple of months but recently received a follow up call regarding these concerns. We enjoy living here, it's fairly quiet, located in a woodsy area, and neighbors are generally courteous to one another. There were a handful of times this summer where people played music too loudly but I think that happens at almost any apartment. I wouldn't call this apartment sound proof, you can hear neighbors' energetic conversations fairly regularly but again it isn't something unusual for an apartment complex nor is it something we found unbearable. We haven't had any issues with critters of any kind. We plan to stay for at least five years. So far so good.
