Apartments managed by WPM Real Estate Management will accept as lessee the first individual who submits an approved application for any available unit, executes a lease agreement, agrees to abide by the rules and regulations and meets the standards set forth below:

1. Average gross monthly income must be greater than or equal to two and a half (2.5) times the amount of monthly rent.

2. Current employment and/or sufficient income is required and verified.

3. A satisfactory rental or mortgage history is required and verified.

4. Criminal Background check is required.

5. Receipt of a satisfactory investigative consumer report.
